Hey! I’m not entirely sure if this is grounds for a panel or not but I think it’s pretty amusing.
After a few days of learning cat passes and refining the movement with friends. We all finished up and went to grab some juice in the city. At the time the four of us were in shorts and it looked like someone had taken to our shins with a crowbar (or let’s for arguments sake, say a concrete wall, haha!). We kept having members of the public approach us concerned about the fact we were just standing around with bloody, bruised shins. They would ask what had happened. After multiple attempts of trying to explain parkour to them we all ended up agreeing it was much much faster just to say that we had been playing soccer without shin guards on and that we don’t play nice 🙂
Anyway, just thought I’d share! Take it easy, bud!

All of tracers usually have interaction with security guards that is usually problematic. Likewise for policemen and old men. I haven’t seen anything in the comic about security guards telling tracers to move away, telling the, they will break their legs, telling them “there was once a kid just about your age that was jumping off walls and got hurt”, blaming them that they take drugs and forcing them to check them. Oh, all of these are happening often to my parkour company in Edinburgh :D. Never happened anything similar to you before, or other parkour companies you know? How about this for a suggestion for next comics? Looking forward for more, i am promoting your comic to my parkour friends :D.
When is going to come the next panel? It has been a while since the last one.
Suggestion for one:
Traceur walking in the street and because he keeps looking up for spots he stumble in something. It happened with me a lot :/ hahaha
These comics are absolute genius! You mock the parkour community, but certainly not in a direct attacking-way and you really understand how we think and feel and our situations. These ideas are so funny and I love your characters ^.^ These really brighten my day and make me feel that I’m not alone in the hardships of training.
Suggestion part! Talking to your parents about parkour. As a teenager, I really have had weird situations where my mother will see someone breakdancing on the street and be like “Oh, sweetie, is that parkour?”. Ugh! I don’t know how to explain the discipline part of it, plus she won’t really let me go outside and train alone. Understandable on her part, I’m just a kid. Anyways, parents’ perception on parkour would be quite interesting and humorous I reckon 🙂
Also, I know nobody really cares, but parkour and freerunning are actually the same thing. The term ‘freerunning’ was a term made for English-speaking communities in a documentary called ‘Jump London’. It’s been confirmed by the founders themselves. *flail* I have nothing against flips 😛 Your comics ROCK!!!
That may have been the case when they coined the term for the documentary, but is no longer the case now. They are clearly different things today with divergent philosophies and practices.
I noticed something interesting after seeing your “pants” panel. The shirt does change too, but instead of increasing in size, it gets smaller, I’ve seen that new traceurs tend to use wide shirts, after they get better they use tighter shirts, then tank tops, and later no shirt at all! What’s next? I don’t really wanna know.

still waiting on the russians panel
Hey, got an idea that might work for a comic,
Outsiders impressions of parkour:
bunch of law breaking punks
Once you listen to traceurs talk:
everyone are spiritual hippies (respect your environment, helping others, improve yourself)
Eugene
im not really sure on ideas but could you make another character thats a martial artist and traceur so basically a ninja

You should put these in a book format
