Do others find it ever so amusing when the overweight person or the smoker tells you that Parkour is dangerous, seemingly blissfully unaware of the damage they are doing to themselves. Yes, we may get hurt, but it doesn’t happen too often. Whereas their predicament will DEFINITELY cause them damage.

I always find it amusing when some people talk about girls needing their own classes because of various reasons such as difference in strength, being comfortable with the people around them etc. When you look at the people who come to classes you can see plenty of guys riding in the same boat, I think we should have special classes for them too. 😛

I have never met a person yet who has had this written on everything from their shoelaces up to their hats who have actually followed through on the whole PK4LYF thing.
Reminds me of a something someone said once, something along the lines of “The length of time someone will continue to train parkour is usually inversely proportional the the degree to which they carry on with the whole PK4LYF thing”
