I’ll extend the cast as I need to. Though, these archetypes have served me very well so far. In every community I visit there’s always a combination of each of the above characters. The main difference is the way these characteristics are balance within the practitioners.
I think an important element of the ‘Freerunner’ character you are using is that he has a misunderstanding of what Parkour is (or ignores the real definition for his own ends). Many freerunners understand it well and don’t do what your ‘Freerunner’ does.
TJ: You’re right. Theres is a reason for that though. Many understand the differences between PK and freerunning, but these freerunners know the boundaries and definitions of what they do. This comic series is focused on parkour. So, my freerunner is in it BECAUSE he’s the type that wants the boundaries between freerunning and parkour blurred. Sadly, there’s plenty of people like him.
Sadly girls in my area do not seem interested in parkour. Sometimes a girl will come out for a jam or two and they seem totally keen on it but for some reason don’t come back. No time, or scheduling problems or feel awkward, lose interest I don’t know.
I like hanging with the guys just fine, but it does get lonely sometimes!
Your freerunner character kinda reminds me of Daniel Ilabaca and that gave me a little chuckle XD I’m liking the comics so far though, so keep it up my friend :D!
